Helping you thrive at the intersection of aging & ADHD.
Jami Shapiro helps older adults transform ADHD discovery into a doorway — to a new era of self-understanding, possibility, and purpose. Because your best years may be just beginning.
Hi, I’M JamI!
ADHD coach, podcast host, and advocate for older adults who are just beginning to understand how their brains work.
Like many of the people I work with, I didn’t realize I had ADHD until later in life. For decades, I blamed my struggles with focus, time, and organization to character flaws and aging. But getting clarity changed everything — how I saw myself and how I moved through the world.
Now, I help others do the same. Whether you’re exploring the possibility of ADHD or already navigating life with a diagnosis, I’m here to support you with compassion, lived experience, and practical tools.

This Explains So Much: Understanding Undiagnosed ADHD
For those who have too much, feel too much, or have been told they are too much.
Jami’s upcoming book uncovers how ADHD has gone unnoticed for decades — especially in women and older adults — and how that invisible struggle impacts your relationships with others, your stuff, and yourself. Blending science, history, and lived experience, the book is both a personal awakening and a guide for anyone saying: “Why didn’t I know this sooner?”
